Clackamas Free Clinic Serves Adults Who:
- Are over the age of 18
- Do not have health insurance, OR
- Are under-insured (have OHP or other insurance but still face barriers such as high deductibles or long wait times to establish care)
To make an appointment, we only ask for:
- A photo ID if you have one
- A phone number or other way to contact you
No insurance required.
No proof of address required.
If you need to be referred outside of our clinic for additional services, you may later be asked to provide proof of income.
