Patient Elgibility

Clackamas Free Clinic is committed to providing free medical services for community members who:

• Are over the age of 18
• Do not have health insurance, or are under-insured
• Do not have access to healthcare
• Have income for the last 3 months that meet the guidelines below.

We can also provide help:

• If your living arrangements are in transition or if you are experiencing homelessness.
• If you do not have the suggested documents. IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS NOT REQUIRED
